Does joining the waitlist require payment?
No. Registration is free. No money will be accepted until land is secured, and no deposit or membership payment is being collected. Displayed monthly rates are planning assumptions, not amounts currently payable.
What does non-binding registration mean?
You are expressing interest, not buying or signing a membership agreement. Registering does not commit you to join, require future payment, or oblige you to accept a future offer. Any future membership would require your agreement to final terms.
What priority does joining the waitlist give me?

Are the waitlist numbers paid or confirmed memberships?
No. The counters show expressions of interest, not memberships sold or guaranteed seats. The public total starts from the previously recorded 371 baseline and adds new deduplicated signups across applications and the waitlist. Founding and Tier 2 allocations are waitlist categories, not confirmed memberships.
Are investment discussions a guarantee the project will proceed?
No. Investment groups have approached us and conversations are ongoing, but funding is not yet confirmed. The project may change or may not proceed. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee construction, finalized amenities, or a completed campus.
